We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

Delivery times

Cushions from our CB Collection are delivered within 7 working days. If you need yours sooner, please email us and we will do our best to send it urgently.

Brand Selection delivery times depend on each brand. Romo, Black Edition, Zinc and Villa Nova usually take around 7 days, Chase Erwin 5 to 7 days and William Yeoward 10 to 14 days. If a Chase Erwin cushion is out of stock, we will confirm the making up time with you. Maison Casamance may take a little longer, as orders are sent from France.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate deliveries. All items are sent by courier and need to be signed for. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the times stated, we cannot be liable for late deliveries caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

You are considered the owner of the goods once they leave us. If you return goods for any reason, please pack them properly, as we cannot take responsibility for damage during the return journey. We reserve the right to charge for the return of goods if a refund has been granted and they are not sent back.

Bespoke cushions

Bespoke cushions take longer, as they are made for you. The current lead time is 4 to 6 weeks, and we will contact you when your cushion is ready to arrange delivery.

Delivery charge

UK delivery is one charge per order, calculated at checkout.

£8 for orders of cushion covers only.

£16 for any order that includes a cushion with pad, however many cushions you order.

Larger orders of covers only (ten or more) are charged at £16.
