Rosewood is a shimmering mosaic of tiny blocks in rose pink, copper, bronze and a little grey, like a pixelated photograph of polished metal. The fine embroidered yarn has a sheen, so the colours flicker as you move past it, and the overall effect is a warm, dusky pink. The piping is a deeper plum brown.
It's a good way to bring pink in without it looking sweet. I'd use it with chocolate or aubergine velvet, or on a grey sofa to add some warmth and light.
