Copper is a warm rust brown woven with cream, so the chunky knots sit in tiny rows of brown and white. Close up it looks like a tweed stitch; from across a room it reads as a soft, textured cinnamon. A dark brown piping gives it a neat outline.

It works well with camel, cognac leather and chocolate, and it warms up a grey or stone sofa without adding a bright colour.
