Jaune Or is a mustard gold with a slight olive cast, more antique brass than sunshine yellow. The worn print mutes it further, so it glows rather than shouts.

It's the colour I'd reach for to lift a navy, grey or dark green sofa. One or two is usually plenty.

Manade is Maison Casamance's vintage-effect velvet. A printed semi-plain finish gives the pile the soft, worn look of aged leather, and each cover is edged with a black and white braid. The reverse is natural plain linen and the cover closes with an invisible zip.

Available in 45 × 45 cm, 40 × 60 cm and 65 × 65 cm, as a cover only or with a Casamance feather pad (50% duck feather, 50% polyester).
