Ochre is a warm mustard gold, the brightest of the four. On velvet it glows, going honey coloured where the pile catches the light and deeper, almost bronze, in shadow. The reverse is plain velvet in the same golden ochre.
It's a cheerful cushion and does a lot of work on a grey, navy or dark green sofa. There are only a few left, so if you like it I wouldn't wait.
Oca is Maison Casamance's own cushion design, named after a small plant that grows wild in the Andes. The front is a velvet jacquard with a black and white striped braid round the edge, the reverse is a vintage effect velvet, and it closes with an invisible zip. Maison Casamance are discontinuing Oca, so stocks are low. Once it's gone, it's gone.
