Anthracite is the dark version: charcoal, smoky grey and a brown-black, with thin streaks of cream breaking through between the swirls. The raised cords give it a ridged surface, so the marbling looks carved rather than printed, and in some lights the darkest bands have a slightly brown cast. A black piping finishes the edge.
It's a good choice for a grey, black or white room that needs texture more than colour. I'd put it on a pale sofa with plain charcoal or ivory velvet, where the contrast lets the pattern show.
