Slub comes from the Florence Broadhurst archive, hand printed in Australia by Signature Prints using her original screens. It is one of her simpler designs, an irregular broken line that behaves more like a woven slub than a print, and in teal on a biscuit hopsack it is very easy to live with. Backed in plain neutral, no piping.

40 x 60cm, handmade in my Devon workroom with tapered corners, overlocked edges and an invisible zip along the bottom edge.

Hand printed fabric comes in short lengths, so this is a small run. There are other sizes and designs in the collection that mix and match with it.

This is the Broadhurst to choose if you want the name and the hand printing without a large motif. It goes with the Cranes and with Circles and Squares, and it will sit quietly beside either.

Care: dry clean recommended. Due to the handcrafted nature of the fabric, slight irregularities and shade variations are characteristic and not considered faults. Exact colour matching to previous orders cannot be guaranteed.
