Zumirez is a boucle from Zinc, woven mostly in wool so the loops sit soft and springy rather than scratchy. Moonbeam is the palest of the colourways, a warm cream that reads as texture rather than as colour. It is the sort of cushion people put a hand on without thinking about it.
Available as a 40 x 60cm and a 30 x 60cm rectangle, handmade in my Devon workroom with tapered corners, overlocked edges and an invisible zip along the bottom edge.
Cut from a limited length of fabric, so very few are made.
A pale boucle is the easiest cushion in the collection to place. It will calm a sofa that has too much pattern on it, and it works just as well as the only cushion on a chair.
Composition: 68% wool, 19% cotton, 13% polyamide.
Care: dry clean recommended. Due to the handcrafted nature of the fabric, slight irregularities and shade variations are characteristic and not considered faults. Exact colour matching to previous orders cannot be guaranteed.
