In Mehndi the bars are copper, rust, blush and slate teal against a near-black ground, and the stitching has a slight sheen, so the colours glint as the light moves. It's a busy, rich pattern, so I'd give it plain company: rust or teal velvet, or a camel linen. It sits well in a room with dark walls or dark timber.
